Cancellation Policy

The consultation fee is 100% refundable if you cancel your appointment either by calling (317.970.3424) or emailing (hello@shailawfirm.com) more than forty-eight hours prior to your appointment time. Upon request, your credit card will be credited the amount of the consultation fee that you paid to schedule the consultation. If you choose to cancel your appointment less than forty-eight hours before your appointment time, you will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your consultation fee. Paid consultations do not constitute an attorney-client relationship. However, paid consultations do allow attorneys to discuss and evaluate potential legal claims with prospective clients. Paid consultations are non-refundable (accept as described above)and are not credited toward future services.
